The Table is an online & in-person community of christian women in leadership choosing to use their influence for good. Together we have the opportunity to connect with each other, pray for and lean on each other.

Launched in 2015, Ellen’s Picks began as a place for friends to share books and build community with one another from Coast to Coast. Over the years, this community has grown from a Book Club, to a place where women of great capacity can lean on each other. In 2020, Ellen identified a need for women who hold power in their organizations, to have a space, both virtually and in-person, to get to know each other, be connected, and be involved with each other or support each other.
The Table with Ellen & Friends brings Canadian Christian women in positions of leadership and influence, around a virtual table to connect with each other, and engage with resources that will uniquely equip and encourage their hearts as leaders.

Ellen Graf-Martin is the Founder and President of Graf-Martin Communications. She has a passion for helping organizations tell their stories well. Her passion for helping women in leadership spurred on the creation of this community. Ellen loves to help equip women in leadership so that they are seen, heard and esteemed so that they are able to remain at the Table. Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to everything she does and is excited to connect with the women at the Table.
