As the Founder and President of Graf-Martin Communications: Marketing for Good, Ellen Graf-Martin has a passion for helping organizations tell their stories well and is a deeply creative ideator and communicator. When she learned that other women who lead were just like her - desiring connection and community - she used that creativity to launch a unique community. Why? Because bringing women in leadership together, in a place where they are seen, heard and equipped, helps great people remain at the Table - where their voice is so needed. Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to everything she does and is excited to connect with women through the Table.

She is convinced that within each of us there is great potential to become exactly what we were created to be, although our world pulls us in different directions. Ellen loves sharing this message in a variety of contexts, speaking to all kinds of audiences, in creative ways. Ellen’s years of cross-cultural experience, her love of biblical truth, authentic communication style and sense of humour make her an effective and engaging speaker for youth, young adult, and women’s events.

I’m a fierce-hearted Mama and friend. An entrepreneur, a DIY’er, A leader, a builder, a lover of words, the Word and the Word made flesh. A Vancouver Island girl, and a Mennonite country transplant. A communicator of hope and a believer in a gracious God who loves us beyond reason and redeems our lives, our days and our circumstances. A coffee-drinking, kitchen-counter buffet-sharing connector of friends. A girl who can’t pass up a good thrift shop, and a sucker for home decor as a creative outlet.
I’m a missionary turned business owner, who fell in love with German chocolate, Mexican street tacos, El Salvadorean pupusas, and Georgia barbecue before settling down, in rural Ontario, with a good man and our gorgeous daughter. My dream life finds me at house museums, a good ocean beach for shell picking, or buried deep in the smell of rainforest ferns and cedars. I’ll forever be a work in-progress, and the wonderfully-made daughter of a good, good Father.
But mostly, I’m a woman, believing we hold incomparable riches in these jars of clay. And, oh man - when we have the courage to let them spill out? It’s incredible.
I love my people, and home really is my favourite place to be. If I could, i’d pull out a chair for you at the Table to learn from my friends here. They are incredible, resilient, courageous, and the treasure they hold is invaluable. And I’d love to meet you, friend…Welcome.
